Job Data Entry Executive – Insurance Process (HDFC Ergo Company)
Overview:
We are hiring on behalf of a reputed BPO partner for HDFC Ergo, one of India's leading general insurance companies. The role is for the SNAM (Specialised Non-Auto Motor) process, focusing on insurance back-office operations, ensuring accurate data entry, policy updates, and adherence to industry compliance.
Location:Noida – Sector 62 (Easily accessible via metro and public transport)
Shift Timings: Night Shift Available (Only for Male Candidates)
Days shift for female
Salary Package:Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹17,500 to 30, 000
Night Shift Performance-Based Incentives (if applicable post confirmation)

Job Summary:
Looking for candidates with mandatory experience in the insurance sector for a data entry role in HDFC Ergo's SNAM process. The role includes policy data handling, processing insurance requests, validating documents, and updating systems with high accuracy. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and a good understanding of insurance workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update policyholder and claim-related data accurately in internal systems
Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and corrections in policy records
Cross-check scanned documents and policy forms
Maintain error-free data logs and MIS reports
Work as per SLA and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams for data clarification and compliance
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security in line with industry norms
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of work experience in the insurance industry (General, Health, or Life Insurance)
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Typing Speed: Minimum 30-35 WPM with 90%+ accuracy
Familiarity with insurance terms like policy issuance, endorsements, claims, renewals
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Comfortable with rotational or night shifts
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: Graduate (Any Stream)
Preferred: Candidates with insurance certifications (Licentiate/Associate from III) or diploma in BFSI domain

Profile:
Experience in companies like HDFC Ergo, ICICI Lombard, Bajaj Allianz, SBI General, TATA AIG, etc.
Hands-on experience in backend operations, policy servicing, claims, endorsements
Strong understanding of IRDAI compliance
Immediate joiners preferred or candidates with max 15 days notice
