Job Role:
Responsible for building and managing client relationships, selling life insurance products, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new customers
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle policy documentation, renewals, and customer queries
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in insurance/sales/financial services (Freshers may apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: Fixed pay + performance-based incentives
