Role - LIC Sales Coordinator
☎️ Telecalling & Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote LIC insurance products.
Follow up on leads provided by the marketing or digital teams.
��️ Database Management:
Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM or Excel sheets.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
�� Performance Tracking:
Share daily/weekly call reports with the Sales Manager or Development Officer.
Monitor call quality, conversion ratios, and follow-up status.
�� Product Knowledge & Training:
Stay updated on LIC policies, premium plans, tax benefits, and IRDAI guidelines.
Participate in product training and compliance workshops.
�� Key Skills:
Fluent in regional languages and/or Telugu/English/Hindi
Clear communication and convincing skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools)
Time management and follow-up discipline
Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism
