Agency Banca & Direct channels
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales, focusing on General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI Sales, Banca Sales, and Bancassurance.
• Manage a team of agents to achieve targets and improve performance metrics such as YTD appointments, active agents, premium collected, etc.
• Identify new business opportunities through direct channels (Field Sales) and drive growth in existing markets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 1-5 years of experience in BFSI Sales.
• Strong understanding of insurance products including General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Bancassurance & Direct Channel Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an agency setting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
