Full Time
· Reports on time for duty.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department.
· Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
· Communicate with the patients regarding their insurance coverage and benefits.
· Manage and organize patient data to ensure efficient polices.
· Monitor the daily mail transaction.
· Monitor insurance portal on daily basis.
· Contact to the wards and gather information on whether there are any insurance patients.
· Appropriate and proper collection of patient related information.
· Cross check with the pharmacy bills, final bill and discharge summary.
· Discharge documents to be uploaded in the concern portal.
· Proper maintenance of the registers.
· Ensure timely submission and follow-up on claims.
· Monitor and follow-up on outstanding claims.
· Regular follow-up with the representative, patient and staff.
· Monitor policy changes and update the same to the patients.
· Coordinate with the insurance providers to resolve the discrepancies.
· Handle all enquiries concerning insurance on daily basis.
