Insurance Advisor – ICICI Prudential Life Insurance

We are hiring motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisors to help individuals and families choose the right life insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through personal network, referrals and field activities.

Understand customers' financial goals and insurance needs.

Explain ICICI Prudential Life Insurance products and recommend suitable plans.

Assist customers with policy documentation and application process.

Maintain long-term relationships and provide after-sales service.

Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring ethical selling practices.

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales experience is preferred but freshers are welcome.

Candidate must be willing to complete the mandatory IRDAI advisor training and licensing process before selling insurance products.
