About this role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Advisor Recruitment & Activation Manager to build, manage, and grow a high-performing network of Real Estate Advisors. Candidates with strong experience in Life & Health Insurance Advisor recruitment and activation are highly preferred, as the role demands similar competencies in channel development, monitoring, motivation, and business follow-ups.
This position plays a key role in expanding our advisor network, activating them for consistent business performance, and ensuring daily productivity through structured follow-up and review mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advisor Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify, source, and recruit qualified Real Estate Advisors /Channel Partners through various channels.
Conduct interviews, evaluations, and onboarding sessions.
Ensure advisors understand company offerings, project details, commission structures, and selling processes.
2. Advisor Activation & Productivity Management
Actively engage newly onboarded advisors to ensure early-stage activation.
Guide and support advisors on lead generation, client meetings, and deal closure.
Develop activation strategies similar to insurance models to ensure productivity from Day 1.
3. Daily Business Follow-Up & Pipeline Monitoring
Conduct daily follow-up with advisors to track lead status, site visits, client interactions, and closures.
Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism to ensure consistent movement of business pipelines.
Share feedback and performance trends with management regularly.
4. Business Growth & Revenue Accountability
Drive monthly and quarterly business targets through advisor teams.
Support advisors during client presentations, negotiations, and closure processes.
Ensure timely achievement of individual and team revenue goals.
5. Team Meetings & Review Sessions
Conduct daily/weekly team meetings to review business progress, challenges, and future plans.
Organize structured review meetings with advisors to assess performance and provide necessary coaching.
Maintain performance MIS and present business dashboards to management.
6. Market & Competition Intelligence
Track competitor activities, project launches, pricing trends, and promotional offers.
Provide timely market insights to advisors to enhance their selling efficiency.
Float competitive comparisons and sales tools to keep advisors updated.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in Advisor/Agent recruitment, activation, and retention (Life & Health Insurance experience is mandatory).
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
Strong follow-up discipline, monitoring skills, and a result-driven approach.
Ability to handle multiple advisors, motivate teams, and drive consistent business.
Good understanding of sales funnels, client engagement, and field sales operations.
Exposure to Real Estate sales is a plus (training will be provided if required).
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
3-7 years of experience in Life Insurance or Health Insurance (Advisor Recruitment).
Candidates with a proven track record of team activation and business growth will be prioritized.
