About the Role -

We are looking for motivated individuals to join as Advisors under the ICICI Prudential Referral Program. As an Advisor, you will guide clients in choosing the right insurance and investment products, and in return, you earn attractive commissions on every case closed.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking flexible work, extra income, or a career in financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities -

Refer and onboard clients for ICICI Prudential’s insurance and investment products (Term, Traditional, ULIP, etc.).

Help clients understand product benefits and assist in closing cases.

Maintain professional relationships with clients for renewals.

Achieve referral targets and maximize commission earnings.

What You Get -

First Year Commission: 35% – 40% per case.

Renewal Commission: 7% – 10% from next year onwards.

Flexible working hours – work part-time or full-time.
