We are looking for an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at HNtrix. The role involves guiding clients on suitable insurance products, managing client records, ensuring accurate information updates, and supporting sales and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on insurance products and services based on their needs.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and referrals.

• Verify client information, update records, and ensure accuracy.

• Generate sales reports and summaries to support decision-making.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company data.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Insurance Adviser or in a similar sales/financial role.

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.

• Willingness to work Mon - Sat during 10am to 7pm shift.
