Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client insurance needs, offering suitable insurance products, and ensuring excellent service delivery to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell various insurance products (Life, Health, General, etc.) to clients.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans or policies.

Leads will be provided by company.

Provide after-sales service and support to policyholders.

Maintain and update client records and follow up for renewals.

Educate customers about policy terms, conditions, and benefits.

Attend training sessions and keep up to date with insurance regulations and products.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (preferred in Commerce, Finance, or Marketing).

Prior experience in sales or insurance advisory is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Fixed + Incentives

Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
