Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Advisors. The ideal candidate will educate clients about life insurance options, help them choose suitable plans, and ensure their long-term financial protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

• Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.

• Present and explain product features, benefits, and policy details clearly.

• Assist clients with policy applications, documentation, and claim procedures.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales service.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Stay updated on new insurance products, market trends, and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in presenting financial products.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of financial planning or insurance will be an added advantage.
