Job Description

The Insurance Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling Max Life Insurance products to Axis Bank customers. The role involves understanding client needs, providing suitable insurance solutions, maintaining strong customer relationships, and helping clients achieve financial protection and long-term savings goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify customer needs and recommend the appropriate Max Life Insurance products.Generate leads through Axis Bank branch walk-ins, customer databases, and referrals.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for life insurance policies.Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with bank staff and customers to ensure consistent business flow.Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.Assist customers with policy documentation, premium payments, and claims guidance.Collaboration & Branch SupportWork closely with Axis Bank branch staff to drive insurance penetration.Conduct financial planning sessions and insurance awareness workshops for customers.Coordinate with Max Life internal teams for underwriting, training, and operations.Compliance & ProcessEnsure adherence to all regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) and company policies.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.Complete mandatory training and certification required for life insurance sales.---Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSales and negotiation abilitiesCustomer-centric attitudeBasic understanding of financial productsGoal-oriented and self-motivated---BenefitsAttractive commission-based incomeIncentives and rewards for high performersFlexible working hoursCareer growth in the financial and insurance industryTraining and development support from Max Life Insurances
