Job Description – Inside Sales Strategist (Freshers)

Total Openings: 6

Language Requirements

  • English + Kannada – 2 Openings

  • English + Telugu – 2 Openings

  • English + Tamil – 2 Openings

Probation & Payroll Details

  • The first 10 days will be a training period (unpaid).

  • Salary will be applicable from the 11th day onwards.

  • First-month salary will be credited after successful completion of a 40-day probation period.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.

  • Explain courses, programs, and services to potential students.

  • Generate quality leads and convert them into enrollments.

  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

  3. HR Final Round (Salary Discussion)

Terms & Conditions

  • Working hours are fixed and cannot be changed.

  • Regular attendance is mandatory.

  • Meeting assigned targets is compulsory.

  • Company-provided training will be provided.

  • For the first three months, employees must use their personal SIM card for official calling. Reimbursement will be provided after completion of three months.

  • Work from Home or Hybrid options are not available.

  • No cab, travel, or accommodation facilities will be provided.

  • Candidates must thoroughly understand all terms and job details and be well-prepared before attending the interview.
