Job Description

Is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, focused on delivering cutting-edge technologies and services to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.).

 Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with decision-makers, understand their business needs.

 Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, effectively nurturing leads through the sales pipeline to set up meetings or demos.

 Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver product presentations and virtual demos tailored to customer needs, demonstrating the value of IT solutions.

 Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.

 Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, technical team) to ensure smooth transition of leads and customer queries.

 CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).

 Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and services to effectively position .

 Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications & Skills:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

 Experience: 0-5 years of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.

 Product Knowledge: Familiarity with IT solutions, software, and services. Prior knowledge in IT sales or related technical products is a plus.

 Sales Tools: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions in a consultative manner.

 Self-Motivated: Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

 Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

 Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other local languages is a plus. Benefits:
