Role overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated inside sales associate to drive growth by creating opportunities for artists through strategic B2B engagement with event organizers, venues, corporates, and agencies. This role is target-driven, focusing on revenue generation, monthly targets, and scaling sales while helping artists advance their careers.
Key responsibilities & KRAs:
1. Acquisition: Identify and engage potential partners requiring artists for events, campaigns, or content.
2. Responsibility: Drive sales of Artistspedia services to B2B partners and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
3. Creation: Ensure artists are matched with suitable partners, helping them showcase talent and grow professionally.
4. Growth: Contribute to tripling sales and revenue growth through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and strategic relationship building.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understand their requirements, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
6. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM tools.
7. Provide weekly and monthly reports on partnerships, revenue, and artist placements.
