Position: Inside Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
1–5 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / B2B sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Google sheet & Email
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic understanding of Plastic and Rubber products (preferred but not mandatory)
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Persuasion and relationship-building skills
Time management and organizational ability
Problem-solving mindset
