Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales- Inside Sales / Tele caller

Job Summary

The Tele caller / Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining products, and contributing to business growth by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Make calls to potential and existing customers.

· Explain company products and services effectively.

· Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

· Maintain and update customer databases and call records.

· Follow up with customers for inquiries and closure of sales.

· Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

· Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Required Skills

· Good communication and convincing skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

· Ability to handle customer objections effectively.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Strong listening and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

· Graduate (preferred).

· Candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.

· Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Experience

· 0 to 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in electrical, earthing, cable tray, or related products).

Salary & Benefits

· CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

· Incentives: Up to ₹3,000 based on target achievement
