Job Description

Job Description:-

  • Assist in handling incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

  • Prepare basic quotations and follow up with clients under supervision.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

  • Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for order processing and dispatch updates.

  • Support the senior sales team with lead tracking, documentation, and reporting.

  • Learn and understand product features such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, hoses, valves, etc.

  • Help in maintaining relationships with existing clients and building report with new ones

Key Skills:-

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field. (Preference)

  • 0.6 –5 years of experience.

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Willingness to learn about fire safety products and industry standards.
