Job Description

Job Description:-

Assist in handling incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Prepare basic quotations and follow up with clients under supervision.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for order processing and dispatch updates.
Support the senior sales team with lead tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Learn and understand product features such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, hoses, valves, etc.
Help in maintaining relationships with existing clients and building report with new ones

Key Skills:-

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field. (Preference)
0.6 –5 years of experience.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to learn about fire safety products and industry standards.
