We are seeking dynamic, target-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our fast-growing dental commerce division. As a customer-facing professional, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by nurturing relationships with dentists across India, communicating our value proposition, and ensuring sales targets are met consistently.
Customer Engagement: Initiate and manage ongoing telephonic relationships with dentists pan-India, acting as a trusted advisor to help them discover the right products.
Target Ownership: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and productivity targets through strategic call planning and pipeline management.
Product Communication: Build a deep understanding of dental products and convey relevant information persuasively to customers.
Sales Process Adherence: Rigorously follow internal sales processes and CRM protocols to maintain high customer satisfaction and accurate data capture.
12th or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales.
Exposure to the healthcare, pharma, or dental industry is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
📞 Communication Skills: Fluent verbal communication in English and one regional language (preferred).
🎯 Sales Acumen: Ability to understand client needs, pitch effectively, and close with confidence.
🧠 Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to offer apt solutions and handle objections with professionalism.
⏱️ Time Management: Capable of managing 60–100 calls per day while maintaining quality conversations and outcomes.
