Min 1 years of experience in Banking , Finance through banca channels or cross-selling life insurance in a bank.

Good understanding of life insurance products and banking sales process.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with bank partners and customers.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with bank partners to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable life insurance products.

Managing customer queries and concerns.

Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
