We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at Technospy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals in a professional and consultative manner.
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and increase sales.
Present and promote Biometric Attendance Machines, Boom Barriers, Parking Solutions, Tripod Turnstiles, and Flap Barriers to prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products and solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
Prepare and deliver customized sales quotations and proposals.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and submit sales performance and client feedback reports.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Marketing / Electronics / IT preferred)
Experience: 0 – 2 years in Inside Sales / Telecalling / B2B Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English)
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp Web)
Target-driven, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
