Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at Technospy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals in a professional and consultative manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and increase sales.

  • Present and promote Biometric Attendance Machines, Boom Barriers, Parking Solutions, Tripod Turnstiles, and Flap Barriers to prospective customers.

  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products and solutions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.

  • Prepare and deliver customized sales quotations and proposals.

  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals.

  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.

  • Prepare and submit sales performance and client feedback reports.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Marketing / Electronics / IT preferred)

  • Experience: 0 – 2 years in Inside Sales / Telecalling / B2B Sales

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English)

  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp Web)

  • Target-driven, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
