Major Responsibilities

· Independently acquire Startup, mid-size, clients for their hiring needs.

· Serve as a core strategy maker to map out and achieve targeted organizational goals.

· Direct the end-to-end process of hiring interns and training them for operational success.

· Maintain, protect, and actively nourish long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

· Build structural clarity across operations through the capability of writing and implementing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

· Negotiate contracts and close deals.

· Act as the primary growth contact for corporate clients, deeply understanding their hiring needs.

· Manage the internal text team operations and build the organic team structure.

· Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure recruitment mandates are filled within our 2-4 week commitment.

· Provide accurate weekly/monthly funnel forecasts and maintain timely updates on internal communication channels (Email/WhatsApp).

· Ensure that daily business operations are running smoothly.

· Execute lead nurturing, active engagement, and sales closing.
