Job Summary:

Aavana Greens Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive (Female) with a strong background in furniture and home decor sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers, building client relationships, and providing exceptional pre- and post-sales support from within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

•       Guide customers through product features and recommend suitable furniture and home decor items.

•       Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings and industry trends.

•       Follow up with potential clients and close sales efficiently.

•       Maintain client records using CRM tools and generate regular sales reports.

•       Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

•       Support the marketing team during promotional events or campaigns.

Requirements:

•       Female candidates only.

•       Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, preferably in interior or home decor.

•       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•       Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

•       Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
