**Salary Range:** ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate and close business opportunities through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
* Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
* Conduct product/service presentations and follow-ups with prospects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales or inside sales.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
