Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our Noida team.
This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who are passionate about education and eager to begin a career in sales and customer engagement.
You will play a key role in expanding Unacademy’s user base by connecting with potential learners and helping them choose the right educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and social media outreach.
Connect with potential learners and clearly explain course offerings and value propositions.
Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for outreach and conversions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for learners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (graduation is mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Basic understanding of the EdTech domain is a plus.
Freshers with a willingness to learn and grow are highly encouraged to apply.
