Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Salary Bracket: ₹3 ₹5 LPA
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday fixed off)

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads, engaging with potential customers, and supporting the sales funnel. You will play a key role in converting leads into appointments for our solar consultants and delivering a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and qualify them based on predefined criteria.

  • Schedule meetings with solar consultants.

  • Build rapport and address initial customer queries regarding solar solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with unresponsive leads to maximize conversion rates.

  • Share insights and ideas to enhance lead engagement and conversion processes.


Key Expectations & Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in tele calling or inside sales. (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.)

  • Strong verbal communication in English and local languages.

  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic sales funnel understanding.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and a quick learner.

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage customer concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
