Job Description

Job Title: Digital Sales Executive – Software Sales
Location: NOIDA
Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience Required: 1–4 years in Software or IT Sales


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert qualified leads received through Google Ads

  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features to potential clients.

  • Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable software solutions.

  • Handle the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and follow-ups to deal closure.

  • Maintain and update CRM with lead details, communication logs, and conversion status.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and sales pitch.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C software sales (SaaS/Cloud/Enterprise /Tally Solutions preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales automation software, and online meeting platforms.

  • Understanding of digital marketing campaigns and lead generation funnel.

  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and align them with product capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
