Inside Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets through telephonic interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through calls.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely follow-ups.

• Update customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Customer Sales.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary

• Medical Background Candidates: ₹40,000 Gross per month

• Non-Medical Background Candidates: ₹35,000 Gross per month

Sakinaka, Mumbai

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
