Position: Internal Sales Executive/ Sales Coordinator
Key Accountabilities:
Support field sales executives to meet sales and collection targets
Make outbound sales calls to prospects and customers
Send quotations and follow up quotations
Follow up for collection of invoices
Take incoming customer calls and solve customer queries/problems
Maintain accurate and current customers and proposals database in CRM system
Arrange dispatches and provide customers dispatch details
General office administration, filing, coordination
Banking, some administrative work outside of office
Qualifications: BCom/MCom, or graduate of any branch. Product training will be provided.
Male/female candidates OK. MUST have own 2 wheeler.
