The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers over calls and emails, understanding client requirements, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales. The role focuses on inside sales activities without extensive fieldwork.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online research.
Qualify leads and identify potential clients to achieve sales targets.
Explain company products/services to clients and understand their needs.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow up on the same.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with the field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain sales records, customer data, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferably in [your industry]).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication.
