We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales through phone calls, emails, and online platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Contact potential customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable products/services.
Follow up on inbound leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales team, technical team, and management for smooth order processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and sales data.
Conduct product demonstrations (online/onsite as required).
Provide timely follow-ups and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
Knowledge of the industry/product category (mention your industry if needed).
Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
