Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate and qualify leads

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations via phone, email, or video conferencing

  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on campaigns and territory strategies

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors

  • Need to travel pan india for client visit


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service (2-3 years preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets

  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Zoom)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
