Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.

  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet/exceed monthly targets.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation campaigns.

  • Prepare sales reports, track activities, and update CRM systems.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive / Telesales / Business Development role.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong ability to handle objections and close deals.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
