Job Description

About the Role


We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will work closely with the sales team to manage leads, fix meetings, follow up with prospects, and support the overall sales process. This role is critical in converting exhibition and cold leads into qualified meetings.

If you are organized, good at follow-ups, comfortable with Excel, and confident in English communication, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities


Follow up with leads generated from exhibitions, events, and inbound inquiries

Make cold calls to potential clients and introduce our services

Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team (Zoom / in-person)

Maintain and update lead data in Excel / CRM

Track follow-ups, reminders, and daily tasks systematically

Ensure no lead is missed due to lack of follow-up

Prepare basic reports on calls made, meetings fixed, and follow-up status

Coordinate with internal team for smooth handover of qualified leads


Required Skills & Qualifications


Proficient English communication (spoken and written)

Basic to advanced Excel knowledge (filters, data sorting, formulas preferred)

Strong follow-up and task management skills

Comfortable with calling new people and handling objections politely

Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented

Prior experience in sales coordination / inside sales / telecalling is a plus

Office Location: Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurgaon
