Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with schools in the assigned territory, effectively promoting SOF's Olympiad exams and educational programs.
Key Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key school accounts, ensuring exceptional service and maximizing engagement with SOF programs.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential growth areas within the education sector.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, operations, academics) to ensure seamless program implementation and support for partner schools.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven success in a sales or relationship management role, with experience in the education sector highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
