Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Thane, Vasant Vihar
Experience Level: 1–3 years (with strong communication skills)
Working days – Monday to Saturday (3rd & 5th Saturday would be off)
Working hours – 10 am to 6:30 pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through to support our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads through outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided databases or sourced lists.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.
• Meet or exceed daily lead targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
