Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms, and converting prospects into customers. The role requires strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and online channels
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective clients
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for lead generation and conversion
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer engagement
