We’re expanding our Inside Sales team and are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about client interaction, sales, and real estate.Role SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Associate to manage lead engagement, client follow-ups, appointment setting, and CRM tracking. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to drive qualified leads through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities -

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyer, sellers, and investors across the US and Canada

• Handle client inquiries, provide basic information, and qualify leads.Schedule appointments for agents and manage calendars efficiently

• Ensure lead show-up rates by following up and confirming appointments

• Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed call notes and lead status

• Regularly prepare and submit performance reports

• Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, or SMS to nurture warm leads

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for effective lead conversionMeet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and performance targets

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Proven experience 0-2 year in inside sales/client handling (Real Estate experience is a plus)

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (English)Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting. Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and stay organized

• A result-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.Willingness to work night shifts (US/Canada timing)Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a remote environment
