Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell broadband/internet plans to walk-in customers and retail partners.

• Explain internet plans, installation process, and available offers.

• Maintain daily sales reports, lead follow-up list, and customer database.

• Coordinate with installation and support teams for timely connection setup.

• Handle customer queries and provide quick resolutions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

• Support branding activities such as pamphlet distribution, canopy setup, and shop visits.
