We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and supporting clients through the property buying process—all via phone and digital communication.

📌 Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate offerings

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and online platforms

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

• Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and status

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales teams

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Provide accurate information about pricing, amenities, and location benefits

• Handle client queries and objections professionally and persuasively

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or customer service

• Experience in real estate preferred but open to candidates from other industries

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Fluent in English and Hindi
