RESPONSIBILITES:
Lead Generation and Qualifi cation
• Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outbound calls/cold calls and
emails.
• Make sure follow with leads in proactively and on time
• Convert client leads into sales opportunities through contacts with customers
Relationship Building
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers, delivering top-notch
customer service and individualized attention
• Coordinate with team members to establish, develop and maintain positive business
and customer relationships
Product knowledge
• Person should have experience in selling IT hardware (Lenovo/Dell/HP) peripherals.
• Constantly learning about our product portfolio to ensure the right solution is
recommended to customers
REQUIREMENTS
: -
• Experience of at least 0 to 4 years in an IT Industry or as well as Sales Expertise
• Profi ciency in Microsoft Offi ce and CRM software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
