Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, handling inquiries, and driving conversions through follow-ups and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
Conduct cold calling to generate new leads.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
Understand customer requirements and explain product/service details clearly.
Update and maintain CRM with lead interactions.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits / demos when required.
Provide excellent customer experience and ensure timely responses.
Soft targets only (no hard target pressure).
Requirements:
Fresher or upto 3 years of inside sales or telecalling experience (real estate / construction preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer objections calmly and confidently.
Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
