Job Description

  • Lead generation and qualification:

    Identify new sales opportunities by making outbound calls, sending emails, and researching potential clients through various digital resources. Qualify leads to assess their potential based on needs, budget, and interest. 

  • Customer engagement and communication:

    Act as the primary point of contact by responding to inbound inquiries, answering customer questions, and providing information about products and services. 

  • Sales presentations and demos:

    Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers through virtual meetings or online presentations. 

  • Sales closing and negotiation:

    Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with customers, often handling smaller deals or processing orders. 

  • Relationship and account management:

    Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage client databases, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. 

  • CRM and record keeping:

    Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and updates within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
