1. Inside Business Development:

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify new business leads through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry research to find B2B clients.

Client Acquisition: Initiate conversations with decision-makers (CXOs, HR Managers) to build long-term relationships and convert prospects into clients.

Pitching & Proposals: Create tailored proposals and deliver presentations that demonstrate our unique value proposition, focusing on solving client staffing challenges.

CRM Management: Maintain a clean record of all outreach efforts, follow-ups, and sales metrics in the CRM system.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new client meetings, proposals, and revenue generated.
