Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to interact with prospective students.

  • Respond to course-related enquiries and provide complete program details.

  • Counsel potential leads and guide them through the enrollment process.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.

  • Actively follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or student counseling (education industry experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and regional languages preferred).

  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospective students.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
