WhiteScholars Academy is a leading education platform dedicated to empowering learners with world-class courses and skill development programs. We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team and play a crucial role in driving student enrollments.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to interact with prospective students.
Respond to course-related enquiries and provide complete program details.
Counsel potential leads and guide them through the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Actively follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or student counseling (education industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and regional languages preferred).
Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospective students.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
