Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and sell products/services.
Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the best solutions.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer information, and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally and empathetically.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales outcomes.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in English & Hindi.
