JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for our EdTech products and services. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you'll engage with prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings, guiding them through the sales funnel and helping them find the right solutions to meet their educational goals.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective students
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Maintain a deep understanding and counselling the students on the courses offered by Dhee Coding Lab.
Proper counselling and guidance to the students in regard to the courses available and the benefits that these courses provide in the long run.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up on inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to generate new opportunities.
Maintaining constant relationships with existing Suggest to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to students.
Negotiating with students to provide the most attractive prices for them.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Min 0 to 2 years
Extensive interest in sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
