Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven inside sales representative to join our growing team in Chandralayout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, with strong expertise in inbound and outbound calling, lead generation, client interaction, and email communication. You will play a key role in driving revenue by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and preparing quotations for potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients to generate and qualify leads.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.

• Follow up with leads via calls and emails to convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Draft and send professional quotations and email proposals to clients.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead conversion.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support when needed.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Strong experience in lead generation and telecalling

• Proficiency in quotation preparation and email writing

• Good understanding of market trends and sales tactics

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

• Time management and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales or telemarketing

• Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc. preferred)
