Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify opportunities.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting new accounts and expanding
existing customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide timely and responsive communication to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they
may have.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new
opportunities for growth.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development activities
