Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through online research, industry events, and other sources.
Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to present company offerings and secure qualified meetings.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system; track interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with potential clients via email, calls, and messages to nurture leads.
Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new segments.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus).
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
